At Do It Now! Fitness Club, we are offering an in-house massage service with Anna Huff CPT, LMT.
Anna is a trainer who also does Massage, Energy Work, and Meditation. She believes the body holds all the keys to our empowerment, and that’s why her multi-level approach to wellness includes fitness, therapeutic release, somatic work, and self-realization.
Your Massage will be customized according to your needs, with a combo of modalities, including: Myofascial Deep Tissue, Sports massage, Triggerpoint Therapy, Assisted Stretch, Deep Circulatory, Sensory Repatterning, and more. Reiki available upon request. This will enhance your workout goals, accelerate healing, flush fluids, clear blockage, and increase circulation, serotonin, and dopamine.
